Gaming is serious business in college towns

The Entertainment Software Association says more than 250 colleges and universities currently offer degrees and certifications in video game design, programming, and art. (link)

Explain that one to the guy paying the bills!

More than 100 students showed up to enroll in “How They Got Game,” the first gaming course at Stanford University. The professors had anticipated a small seminar consisting of 15 to 20 students.
