Google Wave Apps – Good, Bad and Trouble

Do you know a good Google Wave Application? Tell me please.

The Good:

Here is the best time I got today:
DavidJ:
IFRAME Gadget allows embedding of any web page inside a wave.
Link for IFRAME Gadget is http://wave-ide.appspot.com/iframe.xml
Installation of IFRAME Gadget is available at http://wave-ide.appspot.com/iframe-ext.xml
Iframe installation addy works with the extension installer that you can install with your extensions setup wave.

Guess what web page he embedded first? You guessed it, a google documents spreadsheet on which we were collaborating. Collaboration inside of collaboration. This thing is going to go big.

The Bad:

I tried a couple of others I didn’t like so much or could not figure out.

I tried the one that suggests you can get a notification of updates in gmail — but it puts the notice in gmail chat … which I don’t use, and I could not get it to work. The help page was worthless. Worst of all I now have that app as a user in my gmail chat and no idea how to get rid of it.

The Trouble:

Some of the applications I looked at screamed potential problems like the one for conference calls … I give it my cell number. What are the privacy ramifications and if we do a conference call who’s minutes are we using up (yep I still buy a limited minutes package). Like Facebook 3rd party applications I see some risk here if you share too much.
